ROCK ON!

This band project was a fun experience and it taught me alot of new things about marketing. Having a band and creating all of the necessary things to make it succesful as pretty hard. We had to make a tour schedule, create our own tour bus, back stage passes, logo, get a sponsor and have a tour map with 20 stops and venue names an seating information. Also we had to make-up a biography and a collage. Making the collage was really fun because i got to format the pictures and stuff on there and my team members agreed :) This project help me learn about the 7 key functions because we worked on money wise for the bands tickets, how to make our tour work out and be at venues, we had to get a sponsor for our band and have opening act to help introduce us, we had to be consistent with our dates and keep an organized schedule. We had a jazz band and although jazz bands are usually for the elderly ours was unique we tried to get evryones attention. Our music was calm, soothing, and enjoyable for evreryone:) We choose that because the name we thought of (blUE fUSiON) was more of a calmer "title" so it really didnt go with hip-hop and it was unique:) like us!

This project deffenately taught me a lot about marketing as well, but like you said it was a lot harder than i thought it was going to be. The collage was the best part of the project for me, because we got to display all of our hard work on a big poster board. Your collage is the best out of all the groups, i like how yall filled up the blank spots with other creative pictures. It really helped the whole board look nice and colorful.
